Presales Manager - Security

• Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Single point of contact with our technical team, OEM and the customer.
• Manage the onsite resources/Project team.
• understand the customers Information security process & policies, which may include security gathering, change request etc.
• Analyses customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
• Identify solutions to reduce support costs
• Liaise with the sales team to win new business and increase sales Requirements and skills
• An ability to gasp customers needs and suggest timely solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Requirement :

 

• Should have at SME level knowledge in at least 2 below security domains:
• Cloud Security (primarily AWS & Azure native security tools)
• Endpoint Security (Anti-virus, Anti-Malware, EDR, Anti-APT, Encryption, IDAM)
• Network & Perimeter Security (NGFW, WAF, Anti-DDoS, Load Balancers)
• Data Security (DLP, Email Security, App Sec-VA/PT)
• Advanced Security (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, GRC, BCP/DR, Proxy)

 

Should have Govt/PSU account handling/facing experience
