IT Manager

MISSION

Kiefer SA is scaling its internal operations alongside a fast-growing AI product environment. We need an IT Manager to establish and own internal IT infrastructure, ensure employees are fully equipped and productive, and build scalable, automated systems that support company growth.

This is not a support-only role — this is a builder role. You will define how IT operations function, introduce automation using AI, and ensure seamless integration between internal systems and Sophea’s product ecosystem.

COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

• IT administration across SaaS environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Access management and identity systems
• Device and asset management
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-based workflows
• Basic understanding of networking and security best practices

About the company

Kiefer Tech is the technology arm of Kiefer, a 12-year-old engineering company based in Greece. Sophea is our AI division, building enterprise AI products and sovereign AI infrastructure within the EU, backed by a strategic partnership with NVIDIA.

About the role

IT Manager responsible for building and owning internal IT operations at Sophea. You will ensure employees are fully equipped, systems are integrated and scalable, and internal workflows are automated using modern tools and AI solutions.

What you will do

• Own internal IT operations, including access management, device provisioning, and employee support
• Maintain and control access rights across all company systems
• Build and manage company asset and software registries
• Resolve internal IT issues and improve support processes
• Collaborate with external vendors to implement and maintain system integrations
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT workflows using AI tools

What you will need

• 4–7+ years of experience in IT administration or IT operations
• Experience managing SaaS environments and access control systems
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and external vendors
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Experience improving or automating internal processes

Nice to have

• Experience in startup environments
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation
• Basic scripting or low-code automation experience
• Exposure to security and compliance practices
