Job description
About the Role We are looking for, on behalf of our client — a leading music intellectual property rights organization in Greece — a Senior IT Manager to lead IT operations and drive strategic technology initiatives. This is a key leadership role sitting at the intersection of IT management, vendor governance and project delivery. Role Description Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, including AVD, resource health, deprecation management and scaling — coordinating with the dedicated cloud support partner. Manage vendor and partner relationships: define and monitor contracts, SLAs, and KPIs, coordinate across providers and ensure timely issue resolution. Bridge business stakeholders, internal IT and external vendors — managing expectations and keeping all parties aligned throughout project delivery. Lead IT project delivery end-to-end: define scope, objectives and timelines; coordinate internal teams and external vendors; manage dependencies and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage on-premise infrastructure at HQ and branch offices: servers, networking, firewalls, Domain Controller, UPS and VPN. Define and track key IT performance indicators: SLA compliance, system uptime, incident resolution time, vendor performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
4+ years in an IT management role combining infrastructure oversight and IT project management. Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Azure: portal navigation, resource management, health monitoring and coordination with technical support partners. Proven vendor management experience: SLA governance, partner coordination, escalation handling and commercial oversight. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN) and Windows Server / Active Directory environments. Strong analytical thinking; able to make decisions autonomously, document reasoning clearly and operate with minimal supervision. Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
