IT Specialist & Logistics

The Maritime System Division (MSD) of Leidos’ is seeking an IT Specialist in the Long Beach, MS facility to provide system configuration, logistics, and support for a growing, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move equipment to and from controlled storage to datacenters for configuration and burn-in.
• Troubleshoot configuration errors.
• Participate in team meetings to understand and support project planning and deadlines. 
• Receive material into the warehouse.
• Perform inspections on incoming deliveries.
• Support the preparation of shipments for delivery and organize/schedule trucks
• Maintain and organize inventory through cycle counts, kitting, labeling, and stock put-away.
• Other duties as required

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational discipline, and time management.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse duties up to 8 hours per day.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Awareness and responsiveness to safety signals and environmental conditions.

Preferred Experience

• Associate’s or technical degree in a computer related field.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $35,100.00 - $63,450.00
