Intern – Product Development Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs yield management and yield improvement activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality, yield and cost.
• Establishes appropriate performance report.
• Performs manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
• Supervises Sr. Technicians, Technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Performs related work as assigned.

This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.

REQUIRED:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is mandatory for this position.
• Good level of English proficiency (written and verbal communication)
• Computer literacy / Basic coding
• AI capability in Innovation concept/coding/tools/application
