First National Bank of America is seeking a thorough and consistent Loan Disclosure Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in disclosing fees associated with a mortgage loan to the borrower. A successful Loan Disclosure Specialist will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to adhere to established guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Accurately disclose loan fees to the borrower
Work with team members to resolve technical loan issues
Provide great service for internal staff and bank customers
Develop and maintain knowledge of TRID guidelines
Work independently while collaborating with a team

Qualifications:

High attention to detail
Proven ability to prepare documents accurately
Effective communication with internal employees
Must be able to read, examine, and organize documents
The ability to multitask and focus in busy office environment is essential
