Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities, ensuring a welcoming and detail-focused environment.
- Handle incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Support general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring calendars are efficiently managed.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including distributing mail and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and streamline processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.• Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
