- Training: Onsite, starting at 9:00 AM EST
- Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8.5‑hour onsite shifts Compensation

- Deliver one‑call resolution for client questions and concerns
- Handle inbound calls related to policy questions, updates, and changes
- Assist with cancellation saves and autopay enrollment
- Accurately document calls, client interactions, and inbound leads
- Follow up on pending items to ensure full resolution
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to team success What We’re Looking For

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
