Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boardman, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to daily operations and ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules and handling correspondence.
  • Answer and direct inbound calls promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent communication.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
  • Support office operations by managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented front-desk experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and streamline processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Monitor and address inquiries through email and other communication channels in a timely manner.• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with handling inbound calls and providing front-desk support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
