We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boardman, Ohio. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules and handling correspondence.
- Answer and direct inbound calls promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent communication.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Support office operations by managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented front-desk experience.
- Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and streamline processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Monitor and address inquiries through email and other communication channels in a timely manner.• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with handling inbound calls and providing front-desk support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
