Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:
• •  Organize the technician and Engineering Operator manpower to support the manufacturing operation.
• •  Support engineering to develop the equipment to meet the requirement.
• •  Plan and follow the job assignment for technicians to meet the requirement.
• •  Communicate the information between engineer and / or Management to technician and Engineering Operator.
• •  Perform the Job or Project per Engineer/ Manager assignment
• •  Solve the trouble shooting in the manufacturing equipment.
• •  Follow WDTH HR rules and regulations.
• •  Follow WDTH QMS procedures.
• •  Follow WDTH EHS procedures.
• •  Follow WDTH ESD procedures.
• •  Follow WDTH Cleaning & Contamination procedures.
• •  Certify and follow up the process/tooling and equipment that related the job responsible.
• •  Attend the special training needed for the critical Process/Equipment per Engineer/ Manager Assignment.
• •  Immediately report to manager, engineer, supervisor, technician for any serious, urgent issue.
• •  New hirer or transfer employee have to pass the OJT period and current job certification require.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor Degree / Vocational in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or equivalent
• At least 1 years in related position.
• Work in HDD business especially slider fabricate process is advantage

PREFERRED:

• Proficient in Electronic, Mechanic component design and repair

  •  Flexibility and service mind

• Able to modify and disassembly the equipment/tooling fixture to do the PM or repairing as usual.

SKILLS:

• Proficient in SolidWorks and various design drafting programs.

  •  Process development and Improvement.
