Logistics Intern

Assist in the coordination of logistics and supply chain operations.
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments by tracking orders, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and distribution centers.
Collaborate with supply chain teams, carriers, and vendors to resolve logistics issues, optimize delivery routes, and prepare performance reports

Customer Service Intern

Provide assistance with the execution of best practice Customer Support and Distribution projects and gather data to support assumptions to move projects forward.
Assist in processing customer orders, inquiries, and complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, portal) to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
Support the customer service team in coordinating with sales, logistics, and technical teams to address product availability, delivery schedules, pricing queries, and order modifications.

HSE Intern

Assist in conducting workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
Support the implementation of safety programs by maintaining HSE documentation, tracking safety metrics, and preparing reports on incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with site teams to promote safety awareness through training sessions, safety campaigns, and the development of HSE communication materials.

3rd or 4th year university student in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related field
Available for a minimum of 4 days per week for a 3-month internship
Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
Fluent in English (working language)
