Job description

As a Guest Experience Agent, you’ll be the first and last impression of HYDE Perth — delivering a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the detail-checker, the vibe-setter, and the problem-solver.

This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where your ability to connect, anticipate needs, and move with confidence makes all the difference.

Key Functions

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised check-in and check-out experience
  • Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and urgency
  • Manage reservations, room allocations and guest billing with accuracy
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local hotspots
  • Coordinate guest requests and VIP arrangements with internal teams
  • Support group arrivals, events and guest logistics when required
  • Take ownership of service recovery and resolve issues end-to-end
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety/security standards
  • Previous hotel reception / guest services experience preferred

  • Opera Cloud (PMS) experience highly regarded

  • Calm under pressure, proactive and solutions-focused

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Available for a rotating roster incl. weekends & public holidays

  • Professional presentation and positive attitude

  • Must have full Australian working rights
