Job description
We are currently looking for a Risk Coordinator to join our team at the Ignitis Group Risk management team. In this role, you’ll be responsible to contribute to Group Risk management framework (ERM) growth and implementation as well as risk identification, assessment, monitoring and oversight in collaboration with Risk Officers. Work will require tight collaboration with wide spectrum of business colleagues as well as in the Risk team. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Shaping the most effective risk management framework aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Collaborating with the Risk team to integrate value-adding risk management practices into business activities and overseeing their performance
- Working with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing data for risk identification, assessment, and monitoring purposes; performing deep-dive analyses and formulating conclusions for further risk mitigation
- Supporting the preparation of periodic risk reports for management and oversight
- Contributing to all components of the risk management framework to enhance maturity, efficiency, and awareness, as well as ensuring practical implementation
- Collaborating with the Risk team and business colleagues to ensure high data quality in relevant databases for effective risk management
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- ~2 years of experience in risk management, including hands-on experience with various components of risk management frameworks (e.g., risk assessment and measurement, incident management and assessment, internal controls frameworks and attestation, as well as other data analysis for risk-related purposes)
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both written and spoken)
- Experience in delivering presentations to executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and Power BI; experience in data management and ensuring data quality
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key risk drivers and their potential impact
