Job description

  • Problem Resolution - Respond to user requests for system help on I-TEAMS, AzEIP' s web-based application;identify causes of user issues and potential solutions, if known; enter problem information into an automated issue tracking system (95%)
  • User acceptance testing (5%)

Additional Requirements

  • Intermediate experience with Windows 7
  • Intermediate experience with Basic SQL
  • Excellent Customer Services skills, overall Microsoft Office skills
  • QA Testing (1-2 years)
