Job Title: CNA2 Schedule: Full-Time 36 - 7:00pm-7:00am Department: Orthopedic specialty care Location: Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC Unit Description: Ortho and Spine Specialty care unit is a 39 bed newly renovated unit that specializes in total joint replacements, orthopedic condition management, spine surgery/procedures, complicated headaches and retractable migraines. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
