Requisition Post Information* : External Company URL http://www.melaleuca.com Location : Postal Code 37914 Location : Address 2660 Asbury Drive Telecommute No Serve as a champion of Melaleuca’s mission, vision, and values by fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing work environment Lead all aspects of the human resources function including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration Provide leadership and direction to the Tennessee HR team Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business needs Build strong, trust based relationships with associates and leaders across the facility Support workforce planning and talent strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition Coach and influence leaders to improve feedback, engagement, and the overall associate experience Ensure performance management programs are executed effectively and in a timely manner Handle associate relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and guidance to leadership Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Promote and support Melaleuca’s comprehensive benefits program so associates fully understand and utilize available resources Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence a diverse workforce Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills Proven ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative team environment Experience working with HR systems and technology
