Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 to support Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX! This HR Manager will own the full HR lifecycle for frontline teams, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, development, and compliance. The role leads high‑impact HR initiatives, manages complex projects, and delivers hands-on support in a multi-site environment. The ideal candidate is a confident, solutions-driven HR professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong track record navigating complex organizations.
