IT Support Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our IT Support team. You will be responsible for providing daily user support and resolving technical issues. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Providing Level 1 user support (first-line IT support). 

• Assisting users with everyday IT issues. 

• Managing and resolving tickets on the Jira board. 

• Adding and removing user access rights. 

• Communicating with users and explaining possible solutions. 

 

• Has very good written and spoken Estonian and English. 

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. 

• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn. 

• Interest in system administration. 

 
Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
