Assistant Manager / Senior Engineering  - Quality

• Customer complaints 8 D Analysis.  Ensuring customer complaints are analyzed through 8D process,
• Performing risk-based system audits,
• Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015)
• Management Representative for ISO 9001: 2015
• Ensuring compliance,
• Quality reporting via cockpit charts,
• Tracking & Reporting defect cost, Analysis to the root cause and ensure corrective actions.
• ISO documentation.
• Responsible for ISO/CDQ/Internal audits, Management Review Meetings, Monthly Quality Meetings, Calibration and Wissintra upkeep.
• Calibration of all measuring Instruments

• Educational Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 8/5 years of industry experience
• Professional Experience : Have a professional ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
• Has worked as an Management Representative in the present role and co-ordinated Internal/External Audits
• Good knowledge on problem solving tools like, Why Why Analysis, Fish bone diagram, Paret Analysis.
• Experience in machine building industry and has a basic understanding of Final Inspection of Machines
• Knowledge of CE standards, Machinery Directives
• Has performed Internal Audits(ISO 9001:2015) independently of various functions in an organization.
