Manager / Deputy Manager - Accounting

• Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Supervise tax planning, compliance, and statutory filings.
• Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives in accounting and finance operations.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to build strong financial capabilities

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, IFRS, and corporate taxation.
• Proven experience in managing audits and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment
