Job description
Main responsibilities:
- Execution of warranty repair settlement processes within the OEM regional structure
- Monitoring and controlling warranty costs within the Dealer Network
- Training and supporting the Dealer Network on warranty policies and systems to ensure correct handling of warranty processes
- Implementing, supervising, and updating warranty processes within the Dealer Network to improve Customer service
- Preparing periodic warranty settlements between the OEM and the Dealer Network
- Reporting on warranty KPIs and preparing related summaries
- Supporting other departments on warranty, goodwill, and mobility procedures

Working Pattern:
- 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8.30 to 17.00 pm.
- Flexible working environment, including home office days.
- Fluency in English (Polish is considered a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual/ reliable.
- Experience working in automotive after sales processes would be an advantage, particularly if you have worked at an automotive Retailer or Dealer.
