The Role

Summary: We’re looking for an Operations & Office Manager to own and elevate our day-to-day office experience. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable work environment, while supporting company operations and helping scale our internal processes as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Manage office supplies, snacks, and amenities while tracking and maintaining inventory levels
- Build and manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service quality
- Manage office services and accounts
- Coordinate and execute team events, both in-office and offsite, including logistics and budgeting
- Oversee company merchandise, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related needs and employee requests
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR
- Partner with leadership to improve workplace policies, processes, and overall employee experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience supporting employee experience initiatives – a plus
- Familiarity with workplace tools and basic IT setup – a plus
