Junior Operations Manager Greece & Cyprus (all genders)

• Support the Country Manager in localizing content and marketing campaigns to ensure our global strategy resonates with the Greek market
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing
• Translation of various texts from English into Greek (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, fashion content, marketing materials)
• Competitor monitoring (e.g., sales campaigns, celebrity and influencer collaborations, services)
• Quality assurance of our website
• Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
• Market analyses and development​

• Native-level competence in Greek, both spoken and written
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Work experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
