Job description
- Maintain and develop Power BI Dashboards
- Coordinate supplier communication
- Prepare contracts and legal documents (non-disclosure agreements)
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
- Participate in supplier calls and on-site visits
- Participate in technical discussions with suppliers
- Support new customer projects
- Support in workshop preparation
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university
- Availability of minimum 6 months, target start date July
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with PowerBI is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient level of English skills, Chinese would be a strong bonus
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
