We’re hiring a Solution Architect in Shanghai to build strong client relationships and drive business growth through innovative technology solutions. Key responsibilities: Core presales role focused on driving AI and Data solution services, taking full ownership of business performance and achieving service revenue quotas. Leads strategic planning and GTM execution for AI solution growth, leveraging market insights to shape business expansion strategies. Develops and maintains key enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with regional sales leaders. Proactively identifies, validates, and converts new AI service opportunities, supporting customers’ digital transformation and AI adoption. Collaborates closely with Solution Architects and Delivery teams to align technical design, value propositions, and accurate project scoping throughout the presales cycle. What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related fields. 5–8 years of experience in IT/enterprise software/cloud sales or presales, including at least 2 years focused on AI, Data & AI, or public cloud solutions. Strong enterprise (To‑B) solution selling capabilities with a solid quota‑carrying track record, plus strong account planning and opportunity management skills. Good technical awareness of AI trends and concepts (ML, data analytics, LLMs) and familiarity with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud); experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem or Google Gemini is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to engage C‑level executives and translate technical concepts into business value; self‑driven with strong ability to mobilize internal resources.
