AI Deployment Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Deployment Engineer to manage the technical relationship with enterprise customers post-sale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical integration of the platform into customer systems, including API integrations and custom workflows

Develop and monitor custom agents and tools, ensuring performance and reliability of deployed solutions

Act as the primary technical contact for customers, conducting onboarding and identifying expansion opportunities

Qualifications & Desired Skills

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Implementation Engineer or Technical Account Manager

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with AI / ML concepts, including LLMs and AI agent frameworks

Experience troubleshooting distributed systems in production environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
