About This Job
The Casago brand is one of the company’s most critical business assets, especially in a franchise environment where trust, consistency, and local relevance must coexist at scale. The Brand Manager is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the Casago brand across national marketing and franchise-facing touchpoints.
As the functional leader of the Brand team, this role owns Casago’s brand strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture, ensuring the brand is clearly differentiated, consistently applied, and effectively activated across markets. The Brand Manager directly leads Copy and Design, serving as the final brand authority and guiding the team in translating strategy into scalable campaigns, tools, and standards that franchise teams can confidently deploy in-market.
Success in this role means the Casago brand is cohesive, recognizable, and trusted—while still allowing appropriate flexibility for local markets to connect authentically with their communities. The Brand Manager plays a critical role in enabling franchise growth, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring Casago shows up with clarity and consistency everywhere it operates.
