We're looking for: A Growth Manager to come in and own everything from day one at Bolna AI - one of the fastest moving companies in the Voice AI. There's no team to blend into. You are the team. You'll shape the strategy, run the plays, and build the machine that turns attention into pipeline. If the idea of ownership excites you more than it scares you - keep reading. What You'll Do Drive growth across every channel → SEO, AEO, paid, content, events, partnerships Ship experiments fast → form a hypothesis, test it, kill it or scale it Build content that actually moves deals → case studies, social, sales collateral, campaigns Craft messaging that lands with developers and enterprise buyers alike Work shoulder to shoulder with sales → your job is pipeline, not impressions Document what works → turn repeatable wins into scalable playbooks What We're Looking For 3+ years owning growth, demand gen, or content at a fast-moving company You write clearly and think in narratives → technical topics don't intimidate you You're allergic to vanity metrics → everything you do ties back to revenue You move fast in ambiguous situations and don't wait to be told what to do Background in B2B SaaS or technical products → AI or developer tools experience is a strong plus Who Will Succeed in This Role This role isn't built for everyone.
