Your Role: Brand Manager - Pet Health Therapeutics

As a Brand Manager for Pet Health Therapeutics, you will be part of the local marketing team to deliver strategic and executional marketing at the category and local level. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing brand strategy, executing marketing campaigns, and driving business performance for selected brands in the UK and Ireland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Adapt and translate local category strategies into effective brand and execution plans to drive business success.
• Execute UK and Ireland marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze customer needs through market research and field visits to develop deep customer insights and manage product pricing.
• Oversee the design, supply, and compliance of promotional materials in alignment with global and local platforms.
• Manage marketing operational expenditure, forecast product supply, and build positive relationships with key external partners and key opinion leaders.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Business
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
• Strategic marketing execution and cross-functional collaboration

• MBA or professional marketing qualification
• Proven experience in developing customer insights and building strong activation plans that drive growth
• Excellent organizational and implementation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and deliver results through others
• Results-driven team player with a high degree of customer focus and personal accountability

Additional Information:

Travel: Occasional travel within the UK and Ireland
