Job Title: Viral Marketing Manager

A little bit about our team:

The Viral team is about momentum, visibility and breaking the rules - helping artists break through online by being clever and experimental. The work ranges from creator campaigns to running fan accounts and using disruptive tech, always with a focus on cutting through noise to create explosive streaming and audience growth.

Your role:

As the Viral Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of culture, spotting sparks before they catch fire and turning moments into movements. You’ll work on viral storytelling for some of the world’s most exciting artists, working hand-in-hand with creators, fans, and platforms to make sure our music dominates the digital conversation. From shaping creator campaigns to fuelling a track that’s taken off overnight, your role will be fast, instinctive, and deeply connected to the pulse of internet culture.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Execute viral strategies for priority artists, managing the day-to-day rollout of content designed to increase reach and audience engagement.

  • Coordinate creator campaigns, including ideating, casting, briefing and approving creator content

  • Coordinate burner account tactics, including ideating, producing and posting content across our own accounts.

  • Liaise with artists, managers, and creator partners, serving as a reliable point of contact to ensure creative alignment and project momentum.

  • Monitor platform trends and use data tools to identify early traction, quickly adapting content to capitalise on emerging opportunities.

  • Implement creative tactics across new platforms and formats, testing innovative ideas to keep artist content relevant and engaging.

  • Compile performance reports and track KPIs, providing the necessary data to help Senior leadership refine label-wide strategies.

  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing best practices and assisting with onboarding new marketing tools.

About you:

  • You’re chronically online, with a deep understanding of internet culture, platform trends, and the mechanics of viral moments.

  • Proven track record of driving breakthrough social and creator campaigns that spark organic audience growth.

  • Deep, expert-level knowledge of short-form platforms, audience behaviour, and the creator economy.

  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to interpret data, turn insights into action and forecast impact.

  • Confident leader with excellent relationship-building skills across artists, creators, and internal teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a creative edge, able to connect platform innovation to audience growth.

  • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a passion for experimentation and staying ahead of trends.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Experience running a viral TikTok account

  • Experience using tech for video and image generation

  • A little black book of culturally relevant creators and talent
