What You'll Do
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Community Manager to bring our brand to life across social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in developing engaging content, managing our community, and helping shape our digital presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, filming, and editing social-first content in line with the content calendar.
- Writing engaging, on-brand copy to represent our voice across all social media channels.
- Collaborating with internal teams to brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative content ideas.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to fulfill content needs.
- Creating content guidelines, playbooks, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Supporting social media strategy through competitor research and content performance analysis.
- Assisting strategists by researching trends and proposing innovative content formats.
- Using internal tools to monitor, track, and analyze content performance.
- Producing regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitoring feedback and online reviews, and collaborating with our Customer Support team.
- Building and nurturing relationships with our audience, partners, influencers, and industry professionals.
Who You Are
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
- Holds a degree, or has equivalent hands-on experience, in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Brings 4+ years of experience in social media or community management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, with a can-do mindset, and takes full ownership of projects.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong problem-solver.
- Stays up to date with digital trends, tech developments, and media shifts.
- Skilled in Canva and CapCut, particularly for short-form video editing.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Knows how to define and track community KPIs.
- Enjoys collaborating in a dynamic, international team environment.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Madrid, Spain.
