Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence team. This role is responsible for leading the measurement and analysis of marketing performance across integrated digital ecosystems. You will execute and oversee ongoing and ad‑hoc analyses, working directly with data to validate results and generate meaningful insights. Partnering closely with internal teams and mentoring junior resources, you will communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on clarity, rigor, and strategic impact.

Integrated Intelligence (or I2) is the practice formerly known as Analytics. We changed our name to more closely identify with the innovative work we do beyond just data analysis. We integrate across data sources, functions, methodologies, and technology, and we’re providing intelligence because our data leads to insights and our insights lead to action. And when you put those two things together, we are exponentially better at helping our clients make critical business decisions.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or Wilmington—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Measurement Strategy & Analytics Execution

  • Contribute to measurement strategy across assigned accounts, translating business objectives into clear KPIs, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
  • Design and evolve cross channel measurement frameworks spanning media, site, CRM, and healthcare specific data sources.
  • Execute and oversee advanced analyses (ongoing and ad‑hoc), identifying performance drivers, trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure insights move beyond reporting to provide clear implications and recommendations for client activation and planning teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders, including senior and executive level audiences.

Technical Data & Analytics Fluency

  • Leverage SQL (and similar query languages) to work directly with raw and transformed data for QA, exploration, validate aggregations, and support complex analytical needs.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on sourcing, transformations, refresh logic, and QA processes to ensure analytical integrity.
  • Utilize BI solutions to model and visualize data

People Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Manage and mentor analysts and managers, supporting growth in technical skills (analytics, SQL, data interpretation) and client facing capabilities.
  • Guide teams in moving from descriptive reporting to diagnostic and insight driven analysis.
  • Support resourcing, prioritization, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Balance rigor with efficiency, ensuring measurement solutions are sustainable as scale and complexity increase.

Cross Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Activation teams to align on measurement approaches and outputs.
  • Act as a SME analytics voice in planning, measurement design, and performance discussions.
  • Help account teams explain metrics, methodology changes, and data limitations with confidence and clarity.

Required Skills & Experience

Measurement & Analytics

  • Deep experience in digital marketing analytics, including paid media, search, social, site analytics, and CRM data.
  • Strong background in cross channel measurement and analytical insight generation.
  • Experience developing and operationalizing KPI frameworks and measurement programs.
  • Healthcare / pharma analytics experience strongly preferred (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy, HCP data, Veeva).

Technical Capability

  • Strong SQL proficiency for data exploration, validation, and analysis.
  • Comfort working with large, complex datasets and multiple data schemas.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, transformations, and analytics QA concepts.
  • Able to complete basic BI development (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience working alongside data engineering or advanced analytics teams.

Leadership & Communication

  • Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, executive ready insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across disciplines.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is a critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach. Real Chemistry believes we are best together – and our workplace strategy fosters connection and collaboration in person – but also supports flexibility for our people.

Real Chemistry is an Equal Opportunity employer. We continually strive to build and sustain an inclusive and equitable work environment where our employees feel empowered to leverage all they bring from their personal lived experience and professional expertise, to make our team the best in the industry. We encourage motivated and qualified applicants to apply without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, ethnic or national origin, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local employment discrimination laws where Real Chemistry operates.
