Overview

A structured adolescent behavioral health residential treatment center in Denton is hiring LVNs and RNs for consistent weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Support behavioral stabilization and daily patient care
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor patient safety and respond to behavioral changes

Required:

• Active Texas LVN or RN license
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekend schedule
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred:

• Behavioral health or psychiatric experience
• Experience with adolescent patients
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
