A structured and growing adolescent behavioral health residential program in Denton, TX is seeking a dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response
• Support behavioral stabilization and daily patient care activities
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Monitor patient safety and ensure a structured therapeutic environment
• Participate in treatment planning and patient progress updates

Required:

• Active Texas LVN license
• Ability to work full-time evening schedule (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Strong reliability, attendance, and time management

Preferred:

• Prior behavioral health, psychiatric, or adolescent care experience
• Experience in residential or inpatient treatment settings
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
