Sr. DDC Programmer/Engineer

Compensation between 55-65hr with 15% differential for evening work on select Healthcare Projects.

• Strong knowledge of multiple building automation platforms (e.g., Schneider, Delta, Niagara)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system, network, and controller issues
• Experience leading full lifecycle automation projects (design review through commissioning)
• Ability to interpret and validate control drawings and sequences of operation
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Responsibilities of the Senior DDC Systems Engineer Role: • Develop and implement advanced control strategies for complex systems such as central plants, laboratory environments, and critical care spaces
• Lead programming, commissioning, and validation efforts to ensure optimal system performance
• Integrate multiple building systems and third-party platforms into cohesive automation solutions
• Diagnose and resolve high-level technical issues across software, hardware, and network layers
• Review engineering documentation to ensure accuracy prior to system implementation
• Design and deploy custom user interfaces, graphics, and dashboards for end users
• Partner with project managers and business development teams to identify scope gaps and technical risks
• Provide training to clients and internal teams on system functionality and best practices
• Support project closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and system turnover
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout service visits to ensure clarity and satisfaction
