responsibilities

• Hands-on development experience or experience as a systems analyst being part of a team in full-stack development within an Agile team environment
• Demonstrated expertise of being an excellent collaborator and an ambassador the developers
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) along with solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of open-source systems and inner-source repositories
• Ability to collaborate across product teams to be the voice of developers and guide on product roadmap
• Experience leveraging DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
