AI-Powered Cyber Data Scientist

GovCIO is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to play a crucial role in defining high-quality training data for future AI-powered cyber models. This is an onsite position based in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze AI-relevant features and data attributes
• Evaluate data diversity, bias, and generalization risks
• Provide expert advice on data suitability for future model development
• Obtain DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (such as Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc.)

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications
• Active security clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly
• A minimum of 10 years in data science or applied analytics
• Strong understanding of AI/ML data requirements

Salary Range: USD $156,000.00 - USD $176,000.00 per year. Note that the base pay offered may vary based on individualized factors, including market location, education, experience, and internal equity.
