Join our dynamic team as the Director of Premium Suites Food & Beverage Operations, where you'll lead all aspects of suite dining to create unforgettable experiences for our suite holders and their guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee service standards, staffing, food and beverage presentation, financial performance, and vendor relationships. Enhancing Guest Experience & Ensuring Service Excellence

  • Establish and uphold premium service standards tailored for suite clientele.
  • Supervise all event-day service, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and hospitality.
  • Foster relationships with suite holders, addressing their preferences and special requests.
  • Ensure all suites are well-stocked, beautifully presented, and inspected prior to each event.

Managing Operations & Event Execution

  • Lead daily operations for suite-level food and beverage, from pre-event planning to post-event review.
  • Oversee high-touch service moments, including suite interactions and personalized beverage recommendations.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control, inspecting suites for cleanliness, product quality, and preparation.
  • Collaborate with culinary and logistics teams for seamless delivery of services.
  • Administer the suite ordering system, including pre-order menus, last-minute requests, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of supervisors, attendants, and runners.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and guest-first service within your team.
  • Set professional expectations for attire, communication, and service standards.
  • Create effective staffing plans based on event schedules and service needs.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on key guests, special events, menu highlights, and service priorities.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability to consistently meet high service standards.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing development opportunities, including advanced hospitality training.

Financial Management & Revenue Strategy

  • Construct and manage suite food and beverage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Drive revenue through innovative beverage menu development and premium offerings.
  • Monitor food and labor costs, applying strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Analyze sales trends to optimize pricing and product mix.

Collaboration with Stakeholders & Vendors

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu design and seasonal offerings.
  • Partner with client premium services teams to enhance suite holder engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with beverage partners, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
  • Work with operations, security, and facilities teams to ensure seamless event flow.

Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records for inventory, ordering, staffing, and financials.
  • Oversee technology platforms related to ordering and inventory management.
  • Prepare post-event reports and operational improvement plans. Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, stadium suites, luxury hotel food & beverage, or high-volume catering.
  • Strong expertise in food and beverage operations, including menu planning and service standards.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, financial targets, and revenue strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and guest-relations skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

  • Experience in sports, entertainment venues, or large-scale premium programs.
  • Certification in alcohol service management (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).
  • Background in luxury or VIP service settings.
