Job description

  • Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
  • Process invoice for payment on time.
  • Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
  • Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request. 
  • Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time       
  • Full-time up to 6 months, be able to provide Letter of Recommendation for University
  • Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
  • Mandatory: English, Japanese
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, Good English communication skills
  • Proactive, hardworking, and independent
  • Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
  • Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
  • Receive competitive internship allowances

  • Having 01 paid leave per month
  • Lunch allowance, parking allowance
