Job description

  • Design and implement comprehensive internal development strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for internal teams across various departments.
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Create and update high-quality learning materials, including modules, playbooks, and digital content.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact of training initiatives and use data to continuously refine our programs.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their specific team challenges and provide tailored development solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar Corporate Trainer role.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
