Job description
- Design and implement comprehensive internal development strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for internal teams across various departments.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Create and update high-quality learning materials, including modules, playbooks, and digital content.
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of training initiatives and use data to continuously refine our programs.
- Partner with department heads to understand their specific team challenges and provide tailored development solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar Corporate Trainer role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful training programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
