Visión general Use Calibri 18 font here Responsabilidades To ensure operational continuity and asset reliability across the plant by optimizing maintenance processes and statistical controls. The goal is to guarantee that machinery operates at peak capacity, meeting all quality and safety standards, while minimizing unscheduled downtime and reducing the total cost of production. Identify material behavior and process performance patterns. Collaborate with the Planning department to project process capacities and quality standards. Monitor and supervise process variables. Identify signals that cause process variation. Implement controls to improve Process Capability ( Cp ). Center the process using Statistical Process Control ( SPC ). Define Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters within the assigned process area. Lead projects focused on reducing variation and waste while increasing quality. Define specification limits for critical process variables. Establish process troubleshooting protocols and guidelines. Support and attend internal and external audits. Requisitios Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Experience 2-4 years of experience in heavy industry (Caramic, Cement or Mining highly preferred). Technical Expertise High-temperature equipment, heavy-duty mechanics, and automation (PLCs). Software Advanced use of CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor) and Statistical Software. Certifications Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or RCM is a plus.
