Overview This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support inventory control operations for all our distribution centers. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Excel macros. Based in Camp Hill, PA, the analyst will be responsible for extracting and integrating data from multiple sources, identifying root causes of inventory variances, and developing tools and reports to support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Use SQL for querying large datasets and building reusable data pipelines Advanced experience with Power BI for dashboard creation, data modeling, and visual storytelling Use strong Excel macro/VBA skills for automating workflows and data processing Integrate data from ERP systems and WMS applications Develop new reports and automation tools in response to system changes or business needs Transition manual data comparisons into automated solutions Build and maintain shortage projection reports and inventory reconciliation tools Monitor and research inventory data across multiple distribution centers Collaborate with DC operations teams to improve processes and reduce discrepancies Support physical inventory processes, including cut-off coordination and reconciliation Analyze large volumes of data to identify discrepancies and root causes Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory control Communicate findings to stakeholders and train others on tools and processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field Advanced degree or certifications a plus At least 3 years of experience working in a related function Strong ability to communicate, both verbal and written Strong Excel macro/VBA development skills Advanced experience with Power BI Proficient in SQL Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks Proactive nature, ability to assess situations to determine necessary escalation for decision making Must demonstrate problem solving skills Strong organizational skills; needs to be able to accommodate multiple tasks Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment Retail experience helpful At Foot Locker, we value innovation, authenticity, and integrity in all that we do. Salary will be determined by the position offered, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
