Responsibilities Position Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Provides administrative duties supporting hourly DC population, directed by Distribution Center Leadership team · Manages building calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters · Coordinates engagement projects/programs as needed, such as team-building events, all hands meetings, recognition programs, etc. · Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records · Organizing meetings; including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary · Assist with site store if applicable · Review and maintain operational procedures and training documents · Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings · All other duties as assigned Qualifications Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Required to sit (stationary position) at a computer workstation and/or desk for a full shift. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate using various methods. Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months previous experience preferred Comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel Work Environment: This position works in an office setting within a warehouse, with limited outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and copy machines. Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
