- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs
- Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall performance
- Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activities
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of Domino's Pizza operations and fast-food industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve restaurant performance
