Overview Gallagher Caribbean is seeking a visionary financial leader to step into the role of Chief Financial Officer. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the financial future of our Caribbean operations, influence strategic decisions at the highest level, and lead a high-performing regional finance organization. This position is ideal for a finance executive, ready to broaden their impact, deepen their strategic influence, and partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth across the region. How you'll make an impact As CFO, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing insight, foresight, and financial leadership that enables confident decision-making. You will translate strategy into results, bring clarity to complexity, and champion a strong financial culture across the business. Your influence will span Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, and Trinidad & Tobago. Core Functions Strategic Financial Leadership Set and deliver the regional finance strategy aligned with overall business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making. Contribute to major initiatives such as M&A, investments, and transformation. Financial Governance & Stewardship Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead compliance with IFRS, SOX, Gallagher standards, and regional regulations. Oversee audits, tax planning, and regulatory obligations across all jurisdictions. Operational Excellence Optimize finance operations through technology, shared services, and process standardization. Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and performance analytics. Drive efficiency, discipline, and continuous improvement across the region. People & Organizational Leadership Lead, develop, and inspire multi-country finance teams. Build succession pipelines and future-ready finance capability. Promote strong financial acumen, accountability, and performance culture across the business. About you Experience & Qualifications • ACCA qualified and/or master’s degree in finance or accounting. • 10+ years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within multinational environments. • Proven success leading multi-country finance teams, audits, and complex operations. • Strong understanding of Caribbean tax, regulatory, and business environments. Leadership & Capability • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and sound judgment. • Influential communicator, comfortable engaging at executive and board level. • Skilled at navigating complexity, leading change, and building trust. • A people leader who develops talent and leads with integrity and confidence.
