Pastry Chef de Partie - City of London

We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the prestigious Nomura offices in the heart of the City of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

The role at Nomura offers a great working environment, sociable hours, and a genuine work-life balance. The site operates Monday to Friday, daytime – no weekends. The successful candidate will also have flexibility to work occasional evening events, with overtime available.

We Offer:

Rate: £35,000 per annum plus OT

Daily food allowance of £10 per day

Shifts: Mon-Fri (must be flexible to work evenings when required)

Contract: 45 hours / Permanent

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Preparing breads, pastries, fruit platters, homemade cakes and biscuits, desserts and afternoon teas
• Running busy pastry section in hospitality kitchen
• Stock rotation, food labelling and general cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time

The ideal candidate must be organised, manage own time and work to deadlines.

Previous pastry experience essential.
