Equipment Engineer

• To continuously optimize the workflow, using advanced project management methods and tools, such as agile development, lean production, etc., in order to improve individual and team efficiency. At the same time, rationalize the time to ensure that all phases of the project tasks are completed on time, and effectively respond to project emergencies, to ensure that the project schedule will not be affected.
• Support/be responsible for installation and debugging of each product for automation project, as well as programming and upgrading.
• Continuous improvement and optimization: according to the equipment operation and production requirements, put forward equipment improvement and optimization proposals to promote the improvement of production efficiency and production cost reduction.
• Equipment safety management: for those new equipment, formulate equipment safety operation procedures, work regulations and operation manuals, and be responsible for employee equipment safety management education and publicity to ensure safety in the production process.
• Equipment technical support and maintenance: Provide technical support to the production department & Service Center for those intractable problems, solve the technical problems in the operation of automation system, maintain the system on a regular basis, and prevent failures. 6.To be familiar with SBS tools(TA/DM, Kaizen, Standardization, Problem solving, 5S/Safety/Visual management, etc) for implementation to improve work efficiency
• Complete those additional tasks assigned by management level

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above degree in Automation, Mechanical , Electronic
• Minimum 5 years of equipment management and maintenance
• Be familiar with TPM, OEE and other related equipment management procedures
• Strong knowledge of the selection, application and integration of  automation devices like motors, PLC, Sensors ,cylinders and values
• Open mind to new idea and high willingness to try
• Documentation skill , Words /PPT/Excel
• Project management skills
• Vision know-how is big plus
• Coordination of Brainstorming and workshop
