Job description

This role is a maternity leave cover starting in July 2026 and offers a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of cinema marketing — collaborating closely with creative, marketing, media, sales teams, and cinema partners to ensure our films truly shine in‑theater.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bring film campaigns to life in cinemas

You’ll take ownership of the operational execution of in‑theater and front‑of‑house (FOH) campaigns, ensuring flawless coordination and visibility across cinema circuits:

  • Coordinate in‑theater campaigns with marketing teams, cinema agencies, and the internal media agency
  • Manage “préventif” in‑theater campaigns in collaboration with advertising agencies and exhibitors
  • Oversee the rollout and installation of film materials in cinemas, acting as a key point of contact for exhibitors

Build strong operational partnerships with exhibitors

You’ll be a trusted operational partner for cinema networks, managing:

  • Booking processes, equipment approvals, and implementation tracking
  • On‑site follow‑ups and operational reporting

Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage logistics

Working closely with internal teams, you will:

  • Partner with the creative team to ensure assets are delivered on time and in the correct formats
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on special in‑cinema events
  • Coordinate with cinemas and warehouses to manage printed in‑cinema materials and logistics

Own budgets, reporting, and optimization

You’ll ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and transparently by:

  • Managing the operational budget for in‑theater campaigns
  • Handling administrative follow‑up (POs, invoicing, budget tracking)
  • Reviewing purchasing campaigns and sharing optimization recommendations
  • Preparing clear and insightful campaign reporting decks

Shape and elevate B2B communication

In addition to campaign operations, you will:

  • Manage digital B2B communication materials and channels
  • Coordinate and support B2B trade shows and industry events

We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a collaborative mindset:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented approach and confidence in anticipating operational needs
  • Knowledge of the French theatrical exhibition market, including key players and industry dynamics
  • Hands‑on experience working with cinema exhibitors and cinema advertising agencies — this is a core requirement
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Fluency in English is essential (C1), as is French (C2)
