TEAM

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

ADN was born out of necessity. We built our own internal ad network to bypass the limitations of traditional platforms, focusing on raw performance and transparency. After two years of exclusively powering cross-promotion for Voodoo’s massive portfolio, we are now opening ADN to the world. We are a platform built by publishers, for publishers, offering the scale and tech-stack usually reserved for the industry’s biggest players.

ROLE

We are looking for a tenacious, “builder-mindset” Business Developer Lead to be the first dedicated boots on the ground for ADN. This isn’t just a sales role; it’s a founding seat. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle - from hunting outbound prospects to closing deals and shaping our go-to-market strategy. If you thrive in high-autonomy, 0-to-1 environments and want to play a pivotal role in scaling Voodoo’s next big venture, this is it.

  • Own the pipeline: Identify, prospect and qualify high-value partners (Advertisers & Publishers). You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Architect the playbook: Collaborate with GTM and Product leadership to refine our value prop, craft persuasive messaging, and develop a repeatable sales process.
  • Create strategic outreach: Design multi-channel sequences (Email, Linkedin) to engage key decision-makers in the gaming and app ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Product, Legal and Ops to deliver tailored proposals. Word closely with Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Build industry presence: Represent ADN at global industry events to nurture senior-level relationships and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Ensure data-driven Growth: Maintain a high-integrity client database and use Tableau data to provide feedback to the Product team and what the market actually needs.

PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in tech sales within AdTech, Programmatic or Mobile Advertising.
  • 0-to-1 Spirit: You have a proven track record of operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You don’t need a manual, you write it.
  • The ‘Closer’ Mentality: You are comfortable navigating complex technical sales and speaking the language of both performance marketing managers and C-level executives.
  • Communication Mastery: Ability to translate complex ad-tech infrastructure into clear, business-friendly value propositions.
  • Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable using data (Tableau/Excel) to back up your pitch and inform your territory strategy.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to key industry hubs and conferences as the face of the network.
