Overview What We Offer Daily compensation of $1,000–$4,000 — paid as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production Flexible scheduling: 1–2 days per month, built around your existing practice No lab fees Company-paid malpractice insurance 401(k) About This Opportunity This is a moonlighting role designed to fit the schedule you already have. Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend that impact without the overhead or the long-term commitment. If you’re a practicing oral surgeon with capacity for a consistent PRN day, this role was built for you. Responsibilities Clinical focus is third molar extractions and surgical cases, with full team support in a well-equipped environment. Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases Complete surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate Work efficiently within an office environment with trained clinical staff Uphold compliant, patient-centered care standards Qualifications DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials Commitment to quality care in a community health setting We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
